-Increased nozzle orientation requirements (see 4.2.3.1);
-Added the content of tick mark requirements (see 4.2.4);
-Increased the light transmittance when the cylinder is made of transparent plastic (see 4.3);
-Added the use of glass as a cylindrical material, and increased the internal stress requirements of the glass (see 3.2, 4.4);
-Added requirements for environmental testing (see 4.6);
-Added specific requirements for packaging (see 7.2);
-Removed the round tube (see 1.2 of the 1987 version);
-The dimensions of the cylinder have been modified (see 4.2.2, 1.3 of the 1987 version);
-The nozzle position has been modified (see 4.2.3, 1.2 of the 1987 version).
