Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces JY/T 106-1982 "Baska Ball". Compared with JY/T 106-1982, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes It is as follows. -Modified the standard name; -Removed weight requirements (see 1.4 of the 1982 edition); -Deleted the regulation of ball volume (see 2.1 of the 1982 edition); -Deleted the requirements and test methods of the nozzle pressure (see 2.6 and 3.1 of the 1982 version) -Modified the diameter of the ball (see 4.4, 2.1 of the 1982 version); -Revised the regulations on the material of piston cylinders (see 4.3.1, 2.2 of the 1982 version); -Modify the name of the "inflator" to "piston cylinder" (see 4.3, 1.2 of the 1982 version); -Modified the requirements for piston and piston barrel matching (see 4.3.2, 2.3 of the 1982 version); -Revised the regulation of the nozzle bore diameter error (see 4.5.1, 2.4 of the 1982 version); -Added provisions for pistons (see 4.3.3); -Added provisions for the distribution of ten nozzles on the ball (see 4.5.2); -Added test method for ball wall thickness (see 5.1.3); -Increased length test method (see 5.1); -Added test method for piston-piston fit (see 5.2). Please note that some elements of this standard may involve patents. The issuer of this standard is not responsible for identifying these patents. This standard is proposed by the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Educational Equipment Standardization (SAC/TC 125). This standard was drafted. Zhejiang Educational Technology Center. The main drafter of this standard. Ren Weide. This standard replaces JY/T 106-1982. The release of previous versions of this standard instead of the standard is as follows. --JY/T 106-1982. Pascal ball

1 Scope

This standard specifies the model designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Pascal balls. This standard applies to Pascal balls for teaching experiments in middle schools.

3 Model designation

3.1 Naming rules The product is named according to the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991. 3.2 Model Nomenclature Pascal ball models are named. L-PSKQ-X/L-200/60 Product specifications, piston barrel length/ball diameter, unit is millimeter (mm) Product feature code, stainless steel/aluminum alloy Product name Pinyin prefix, Pascal ball Product model classification code, special instrument for mechanics Model example 1. L-PSKQ-X-200/80 stands for Pascal ball, piston cylinder is.200 mm long, ball diameter is 60 mm, stainless steel material, special instrument for mechanics. Model example 2. L-PSKQ-L-200/80 stands for Pascal ball, piston cylinder is.200 mm long, ball diameter is 60 mm, aluminum alloy material, special instrument for mechanics.

4 Requirements

4.1 Use environmental conditions Ambient air temperature. 1 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. 4.2 Composition The product consists of a piston cylinder, a piston rod, a piston, a ball and a nozzle. 4.3 Piston barrel assembly 4.3.1 The piston cylinder shall be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other non-rusting materials. The piston cap should be knurled. The piston barrel shall conform to an outer diameter of Φ 25 mm ± 5 mm, a length of.200 mm ± 10 mm, and a wall thickness of not less than 1.5 mm. 4.3.2 The piston rod assembly shall be made of carbon steel or stainless steel, and shall conform to a diameter of 6 mm ± 0.5 mm, a length of 250 mm ± 2 mm, and a surface Chrome plated, handle should be installed on the upper end. The piston should cooperate with the piston barrel, so that pulling and pushing the piston can complete water absorption and spray. 4.4 Ball The ball shall be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and shall conform to an outer diameter of Φ 60 mm ± 3 mm and a surface roughness of not less than Stainless steel The wall thickness of the ball should not be less than 0.6 mm, and the wall thickness of the ball of aluminum alloy should not be less than 3 mm. 4.5 Nozzle 4.5.1 Nozzles shall be made of metal or plastic and glass materials, and the number shall be no less than ten. Nozzle hole inner diameter should be 0.160.060.5  mm, outside the nozzle Grooves on the surface. 4.5.2 The nozzles shall be distributed in all directions on the surface of the sphere. A suitable solution is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Distribution of nozzles on a sphere 4.6 Seal The piston barrel and the ball should be connected by threads, and a seal ring should be added at the connection. The nozzle and the ball should be connected by threads, and the connection should be sealed Ring or sealant. 4.7 Appearance and workmanship Should comply with 6.15, 6.17, 6.18, 7.2, 7.4, 7.7 of JY/T 0001-2003. 4.8 Environmental test Carry out the transport (free fall in packaging state) test according to Table 2 of 3.1 of JY/T 0213-1994.

5 Test method

5.1 Length 5.1.1 Use a steel ruler with a graduation value of 1 mm and a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02 mm. 5.1.2 The inside diameter of the nozzle hole is measured with a 2-stage needle gauge. 5.1.3 The wall thickness of the sphere is measured with an ultrasonic thickness gauge. 5.2 Piston-piston fit Unscrew the ball from the piston barrel, fill it with water, and make the screw face upward when the ball is immersed in the water. On the piston barrel. Lift the ball out of the water until the nozzle is above the water, pull the piston once, pull the piston to the highest position, and then push the piston All nozzles should be sprayed with water. Then immerse the ball in water and pull the piston to pump water. 5.3 Appearance and workmanship The sensory inspection shall meet the requirements of 4.2 to 4.7.
