Introduction
This regulation is a revision of the JJG 815-1993 "Electronic Blood Collection Scale" verification procedures.
This procedure refers to the measurement performance requirements and general technical requirements of JJG 539-2016, and is executed on the format.
JJF1002-2010 "Rules for the preparation of national metrological verification procedures". Compared with JJG 815-1993, except for editorial repair
In addition, there are mainly the following differences.
--- Added terms related to metrological verification (see 3.1.1);
--- specifies the legal unit of measurement that must be used for blood collection scales (see 3.2);
---Modified the relationship between the accuracy level of the scale and the verification division value, the verification division number and the minimum weighing amount (see
5.1);
---Modified the maximum allowable error of the blood collection electronic scale (see 5.3);
--- Modified the swing frequency of the scale (see 6.2);
--- Added a list of verification items (see 7.3);
--- Modified the verification load and verification method of weighing (see 7.5.7);
--- Increased the accuracy of the peeling (if applicable) and the weighing test after peeling (if applicable) (see 7.5.8,
7.5.9);
--- Increased the swing frequency check (see 7.4.2);
--- Dynamic verification is modified to set the alarm value verification (see 7.5.13);
--- Provides the format of the verification record and the verification certificate, and the format of the verification result page (see Appendix A, B,
C).
The previous versions of this procedure were released as follows.
---JJG 815-1993 "Electronic blood collection scale".
Blood collection electronic scale
1 Scope
This procedure is applicable to the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of blood collection electronic scales (hereinafter referred to as scales).
2 reference files
JJG 99 weight
JJF1181 Weighing Terms and Definitions
For dated references, only the dated version applies to this Code; any undated quotation
The latest version (including all amendments) applies to this procedure.
3 terms and units of measure
3.1 Terminology
The terms defined by JJF1181 and the following terms apply to this procedure.
3.1.1 Maximum allowable setting error maximumpermissiblepresetvalueerror
The maximum allowable difference between the blood collection preset value and the scale value at the time of the alarm.
3.2 Unit of measurement
The unit of measurement used by the scale shall be the legal unit of measurement, gram (g).
4 Overview
The scale is a special non-automatic scale for blood collection and weighing.
Principle. the object is placed on the carrier, and the electrical signal generated by the load cell is converted by the data processing device.
Calculate, the weighing device displays the weighing result, and then converts the weighing result into milliliters through the density conversion function.
The volume value of the bit is displayed.
Structure. The load cell is used as the basic component, with tray, swing mechanism, control circuit, alarm, etc.
Piece of composition.
Uses. Mainly used in blood collection weighing measurement, widely used in blood stations, hospitals and other medical places.
5 Metrological performance requirements
5.1 Division of accuracy levels
The relationship between the accuracy level of the scale and the verification index value, the verification index number and the minimum weighing amount is shown in Table 1.
