1 Scope
This procedure applies to the first verification and after the static and heavy-duty torque standard machine (hereinafter referred to as the torque standard machine).

3 Overview
The torque standard machine uses the weight of the weight as the standard force value, and is directly or after a certain lever mechanism is amplified.
The action of the overforce arm lever produces a standard torque.
4 Metrological performance requirements
