1 Scope
DC magnetoelectric galvanometer calibration procedure is applicable to the first inspection of DC magnetoelectric galvanometer (hereinafter referred to as galvanometer)
Determination, follow-up verification and in-use inspection.
This procedure does not apply to.
a) A galvanometer that does not directly read the position of the movable part during the measurement process, such as an opto-amplifier galvanometer, electricity
Sub-amplifier galvanometer and optical recorder galvanometer;
b) a dedicated galvanometer attached to the measuring device;
c) a galvanometer with an energy constant of less than 1 x 10-16 W·s/mm;
d) A galvanometer with an oscillation period of less than 0.5 s.
