Introduction

In principle, this Regulation is revised to adopt the International Recommendation OIMLR50-12014 (E) of the International Organization for Legal Metrology. Continued cumulative automatic weighing instrument (belt scale) Part 1.Measurement and technical requirements "[ContinuousTotalizingAu- tomaticWeighingInstruments(BeltWeighers)-Part 1.MetrologicalandTechnical Requirements], revise JJG 195-2002 "Continuous Accumulative Automatic Weighing Instrument (Belt Scale)", and combine The actual situation of continuous accumulative automatic weighing instrument (belt scale) verification in my country has retained JJG 195-2002 The content still applicable in "Automatic Weighing Instrument (Belt Scale)". According to JJF1002-2010 "National Metrological Verification Regulations" Write the rules of "Rules" to write. Compared with JJG 195-2002, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes of this regulation are as follows. --- Level 0.2 and related requirements have been added to the accuracy level of the belt scale (see 5.1); ---Clarified that this regulation is only applicable to the first verification and subsequent verification of continuous accumulative automatic weighing instrument (belt scale) And in-use inspection, the type evaluation of continuous cumulative automatic weighing instrument (belt scale) is no longer applicable (see 1); ---The requirements for type evaluation have been deleted; --- Only some of the terms applicable to verification are selected (see 3.1); ---The content of follow-up verification and in-use inspection was modified in a targeted manner, and the difficult-to-implement "accumulated zero" was deleted. Point discrimination" verification item; replace the maximum flow, minimum flow and intermediate flow with common feed flow for material inspection Fixed (see 7.2); ---Added requirements for electronic seal devices (see 6.3.2); ---Added Appendix A. Verification Record Format (Recommendation), Appendix B. Verification Certificate Inner Page Format and Appendix C. The format of the inner page of the verification result notice (see Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C). The release status of previous versions of this regulation. ---JJG 195-2002; ---JJG 195-1979. Verification Regulations of Continuous Accumulation Automatic Weighing Instrument (Belt Scale)

1 Scope

This regulation is applicable to the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of continuous cumulative automatic weighing instrument (belt scale).

2 Reference documents

This regulation refers to the following documents. JJF1181 Weighing instrument measurement terms and definitions For dated reference documents, only the dated version is applicable to this regulation; for all undated references The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this regulation.

3 Terms and units of measurement

3.1 Term The terms used in this regulation are consistent with JJF1181 "Weighing Apparatus Measurement Terms and Definitions", which is convenient for use. And easy to understand lists some terms, and added special terms that only apply to this regulation. 3.1.1 Continuous totalizing automatic weighing instrument (belt scale) continuoustotalizingautomatic weighing instrument ments(beltweighers) It is an automatic weighing instrument that continuously weighs the bulk materials on the conveyor belt without interrupting the movement of the conveyor belt. 3.1.2 Totalization device The device uses the information provided by the scale body and the displacement sensor to complete the accumulation of partial loads or realize the load per unit length Integral of the product of (load/unit length) and belt speed. 3.1.3 Weighingunit A device that provides information on the quality of the measured load on a belt scale. 3.1.4 Totalization scale interval (dt) totalizationscaleinterval In the normal weighing mode of the belt scale, the total cumulative display or part of the cumulative display is expressed in mass units. The difference between two adjacent display values. 3.1.5 Weighlength (WL) At the end of the belt scale carrier, weigh the two false ones at the 1/2 distance between the roller shaft and the closest conveying roller shaft. Think about the distance between the lines. When there is only one weighing roller, it is equal to 1/2 of the distance between the closest conveying roller shafts on both sides of the weighing roller. Note. The weighing length is not suitable for conveyor belt scales. 3.1.6 Complete belt loop (belt circumference) completebeltrevolution(beltlength) The total length of the conveyor belt for one cycle. 3.1.7 (Max) maximumcapacity On the part of the conveyor belt that represents the weighing length, the maximum net load that the weighing unit can weigh (from the bulk material The load generated does not include the load generated by the belt itself).
