Introduction
The preparation of this regulation is based on the actual situation of my country's concrete batching scale, referring to GB/T 10171-2016
Related technical requirements and OIMLR612004 (E) of "Construction Machinery and Equipment Concrete Mixing Station (Building)"
Relevant content of "Automatic Gravity metric weighing instruments" (according to
JJF1002-2010 "National Metrology Verification Regulations Writing Rules" rules.
This regulation is issued for the first time.
Verification Regulation of Concrete Batching Scale
1 Scope
This regulation is applicable to the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of the concrete batching scale in automatic weighing mode.
The concrete batching scale in this specification does not include the batching system of continuous concrete mixing plants (buildings).
2 Reference documents
This regulation refers to the following documents.
JJF1181 Terms and Definitions of Weighing Instruments
GB/T 10171-2016 Construction machinery and equipment concrete mixing plant (building)
OIMLR612004 (E) Gravity automatic filling scale [Automaticgravimetricfilingin-
struments]
For dated references, only the dated versions are applicable to this Regulation; for those without dates
The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this regulation.
3 Terms and units of measurement
3.1 Terminology
The terms used in this regulation are consistent with JJF1181, and some terms are cited for ease of use and understanding.
And added special terminology only applicable to this regulation.
3.1.1 Automatic gravity weighing instrument (quantitative automatic weighing instrument) automaticgravimetricfiling
instrument(quantitativeautomaticweighinginstrument)
The bulk material is divided into pre-determined and practically constant-quality loads, and the loads are loaded into the container's automatic weighing instrument.
3.1.2 Concrete batching scales
With one or more weighing units to quantify one or more bulk materials (aggregate, powder and liquid)
Weighing, forming separate loads with predetermined mass and independent of each other, and outputting and displaying these separate loads
And (or) automatic weighing instruments that print these load indications.
Note. The concrete batching system is composed of multiple batching scales, such as a concrete mixing plant.
3.1.3 Weighing unit
In an automatic weighing instrument, a device that provides weighing information for a load.
3.1.4 Loading fil
The combination of one or more separate loads constitutes a predetermined mass.
3.1.5 preset value
In order to specify the nominal value of the charge, it is preset by the operator with the aid of the charge setting device and expressed in mass units
Value.
3.1.6 Maximum permissible preset error (MPSE) maximum permissible preset value error
