Introduction
This procedure is in accordance with JJF1002 "Rules for the preparation of national metrological verification regulations" and JJF1001 "General Measurement Terms and
The definition of "definition" is written.
This part of the regulation refers to GB/T 28529-2012 "Plate Type Braking Test Stand" and JJG 1014-2006 "machine
A special shaft (wheel) weight meter for the detection of motor vehicles.
Compared with JJG 1020-2007, this regulation is subject to editorial changes and is mainly revised as follows.
---introduction
According to JJF1002 regulations, add "Introduction".
---reference materials
According to the provisions of JJF1002, the original "2 citations" was changed to "2 citations";
modify.
---the term
Increase the definition of "brake plate", "rated load capacity", "maximum capacity" and "brake initiation force".
---Measurement performance requirements
1. To increase the 5 items of measurement performance requirements for braking force and the 7 items of measurement performance requirements for wheel load;
2. Increase the contents of brake force and wheel load verification;
3. Cancel "zero return error" and "static recurrence" of braking force.
---General technical requirements
Modify the content of "5.2 Electrical Safety" and increase the content of "insulation resistance".
---Measurement equipment control
1. In the form of a table to describe the instruments used for verification;
2. Using a laser projection (standard) line instrument to measure the levelness of the moving plate and the level difference between the plates;
3. According to the increased measurement performance requirements, increase the braking force, wheel load detection and other related testing content.
---appendix
According to the relevant contents of this regulation, the specific formats and contents of Appendix A and Appendix B forms are adjusted accordingly.
The previous version of this regulation was released.

Flat-plate brake inspection station verification procedures
1 Scope
This regulation is applicable to the first inspection of a flat-plate brake inspection table (hereinafter referred to as a flat brake table) for the detection of motor vehicles.
Confirmation, follow-up verification and use inspection.
2 references
This procedure refers to the following documents.
GB/T 13306 signage
GB/T 28529-2012 Flat Type Braking Inspection Table
For dated references, only the dated version applies to this procedure; any undated references
The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this procedure.
3 Terms and units of measure
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28529-2012 and the following apply to this procedure.
3.1 flat brake inspection platform platformbraketesters
Simulation of a flat slab on a practically flat road, allowing a motor vehicle to run on it and apply braking to detect its braking performance and wheel load
s installation.
3.2 brake tablet brakepanel
When a motor vehicle brakes and weighs on its plate, it transmits braking force and wheel load to the components of the load cell.
3.3 Rated load capacity ratedloadingcapacity
The flat brake station allows the maximum static axle load mass of the vehicle under inspection to be carried. The unit is tons (t). (GB/T 28529-
3.2 of.2012)
3.4 Maximum weighting
The maximum value that can be measured by the flat brake station is the maximum static wheel load of the vehicle under inspection. The unit is tons (t).
(3.3 of GB/T 28529-2012)
3.5 wheel braking force
The vehicle to be inspected travels at a speed of (5~10) km/h on the flat brake platform. When the brake is applied, the wheels are transferred to the system.
The tangential force of the moving plate. Units are cattle (N) or 10 cattle (daN).
3.6 Braking starting force brakingstartingforce
Slowly push (pull) the brake plate along the direction of travel of the brake plate until the braking force of the flat brake station is displayed.
There is a push (pull) force added when there is a change in the division value. The unit is cattle (N).
3.7 Difference between values absolutevalueofdifferenceforerror
When applying the same force value, the absolute value of the difference between the coaxial left and right brake plate braking force error. Is immeasurable
The amount of power.
3.8 levelnessofbrakingplatform
