1 Scope
This specification proposes to formulate and revise the National Metrological Verification System Table, National Metrological Verification Regulations, National Metrological Calibration Regulations,
Measurement instrument type evaluation outline and other related measurement technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as national measurement technical specifications)
The requirements and methods of international metrology standards are adopted.
When adopting other relevant international technical documents, national metrology technical specifications can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined by JJF 1001-2011 apply to this specification.
3.1 International Metrology Specifications
Documents such as international recommendations, international guidelines and vocabulary issued by the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML) and the International Bureau of Metrology
(BIPM) related documents.
3.2 Adopt
The formulation of national metrological technical specifications based on the corresponding international metrological specifications and indicating the differences between them.
Note. When adopting international metrology standards, there are two types. equivalent adoption and modification adoption.
3.3 Editorial changes
Without changing the technical content of the international metrology specifications, when the national metrology specifications adopt the international metrology specifications
