Introduction

This specification is based on JJF 1001-2011 "General Measurement Terms and Definitions", JJF 1059.1-2012 "Measurement Definiteness Assessment and Representation", JJF 1071-2010 "National Metrology Calibration Regulations Writing Rules" requirements. This specification refers to JJF 1234-2018 "Ventilator Calibration Specification" and "2015 American Heart Association CPR And Cardiovascular First Aid Guide (2015AmericanHeartAssociationGuidelinesUpdateforCardiop- ulmonaryResuscitationandEmergencyCardiovascularCare). This specification is the first release. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine calibration specifications

1 Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of CPR machines. The calibration of the multi-function cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine can also be implemented with reference to this specification.

2 Reference documents

This specification refers to the following documents. JJF 1234-2018 Calibration Specification for Ventilator 2015 American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Cardiovascular First Aid Guidelines (2015AmericanHeartAssociation GuidelinesUpdateforCardiopulmonaryResuscitationandEmergencyCardiovascular Care) For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this specification; for those without date references The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this specification.

3 Terminology

3.1 Cardiopulmonary resuscitation cardiopulmonaryresuscitator Equipment that replaces manpower with machinery to perform life support operations such as artificial respiration and chest compressions to achieve cardiopulmonary resuscitation, It is also commonly called CPR and CPR. 3.2 Multi-functional cardiopulmonary resuscitator In addition to the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation function, it also has other functions, such as. continuous CPR data recording, Data download and analysis of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, synchronization of mechanical compression and defibrillation treatment, etc.

4 Overview

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine (hereinafter referred to as resuscitation machine) is a commonly used medical device in trains, ambulances, airplanes, emergency rooms and other places First aid equipment. The resuscitation machine can achieve artificial respiration and chest compressions, providing a high level of uninterrupted manual compression cycles and Ventilation support. The principle of the resuscitation machine is to use the reciprocating movement of the piston to achieve uninterrupted compression of the patient's thoracic cage, supplemented by Gap ventilation. Resuscitator can be divided into two types. electric resuscitation machine and pneumatic resuscitation machine. Plugs, masks, pipes, circuit control, etc.

5 Metrological characteristics

5.1 Depth of compression (30~50)mm, the maximum allowable error is ±15%. 5.2 Pressing frequency (100~120) times/min, the maximum allowable error is ±10%. 5.3 Individual blowing frequency (10~20) times/min, the maximum allowable error is ± (10% reading 1) times/min.
