3 Overview

The atomic fluorescence photometer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) works on the principle that the characteristic radiation emitted by the light source is illuminated. On the atomic vapor of the element under test, the ground state atom is excited to a high energy level, and the excited state atom returns to the ground state or lower energy level. At the time, the emitted fluorescence is received by the detection system and the fluorescence intensity is detected for quantitative analysis.
