Time Relay Calibration Specifications
1 Scope
This specification applies to the calibration of time parameters of time relays.
2 References
This specification references the following documents.
JB/T 10047-2021 Electronic time relay
For any referenced document with a date, only the version with the date is applicable to this specification; for any referenced document without a date,
The latest version (including all amendments) shall apply to this specification.
3 Terms and definitions
3.1 Setting preset
The operation of presetting a delay time for the time relay.
3.2 Digital setting digitalpreset
Use thumbwheel switches, band switches and buttons as operating devices to digitally indicate the preset delay time.
Setting.
3.3 Analog setting analogpreset
A knob is used as an operating device to indicate the setting of the preset delay time in a scaled manner.
3.4 Normally closed contact
A time relay contact whose contacts are in a closed state during the delay process and in an open state at the end of the delay.
3.5 Power-on delay powerondelay
The delay from the start of power supply to the output switching to the action state after the set time.
[Source. JB/T 10047-2021, 3.1.4]
3.6 Power-off delay poweroffdelay
When the power is on, the output immediately switches to the action state; when the power is removed, the timing starts, and after the set time, the output switches to the action state.
Delay to release state.
[Source. JB/T 10047-2021, 3.1.5]
3.7 Off delay controloffdelay
After the power is supplied, the output immediately switches to the action state when the control signal is applied, and starts to switch to the action state when the control signal is removed.
The delay of the oversetting time output circuit switching to the released state.
[Source. JB/T 10047-2021, 3.1.6]
3.8 Controlondelay
After the power is supplied, the output circuit immediately switches to the action state from the moment the control signal is applied, and from this point on
Timing, when the set time is reached, the output circuit switches to the release state for a delay.
