Summary This standard specifies the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements, metrology and testing procedures, metrology and testing methods, measurement and evaluation results assessment criteria, and test reports for household electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as washing machines). This standard applies to washing machines with a rated washing capacity greater than 1.0 kg and less than or equal to 10.0 kg. It does not include agitated washing machines and single-tub washing machines without dehydration. The laundry dryer only evaluates its washing function. This standard is applicable to the measurement and supervision of the energy efficiency measurement of washing machines. The entrusted inspections may refer to this standard. Units that produce and sell washing machines can also be tested against this standard. The washing machine that is tested should be a product that the manufacturer has passed its own inspection, or that the seller has imported or sold.

Introduction

In order to standardize the energy efficiency measurement and testing of electric washing machines that implement energy efficiency label management, JJF 1261.1-2017 The requirements of the Energy Efficiency Measurement and Measurement Rules for Energy Products are formulated. This specification replaces JJF 1261.8-2014, compared with JJF 1261.8-2014, except for editorial changes, the main To change as follows. ---The name of the specification is changed from "Electric washing machine energy efficiency labeling measurement and testing rules" to "electric washing machine energy" Efficiency measurement detection rules"; --- "5.1 Energy Efficiency Labeling" to increase "energy efficiency information code" and "energy efficiency 'leader' information", etc. Claim; --- The original record format and test report format are modified accordingly (Appendix H, Appendix I). The previous versions of this specification were released as follows. ---JJF 1261.8-2013; ---JJF 1261.8-2014. Electric washing machine energy efficiency Metrology inspection rules

1 Scope

This specification specifies the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements for household electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "washing machines"). Measurement and testing procedures, measurement and detection methods, measurement results evaluation criteria and test reports. This specification is applicable to washing machines with a rated washing capacity of more than 1.0kg and less than or equal to 13.0kg. Mixing washer and single-tub washing machine without dehydration. The washer-dryer only evaluates its washing function. This specification is applicable to the supervision and inspection of energy efficiency measurement of washing machines. The commissioned inspection can be carried out with reference to this specification. Production and Units that sell washing machines can also be tested with reference to this specification. The washing machine to be tested shall be the product that the producer has passed the self-test or the goods that the seller imports or sells.
