Marine monitoring technical regulations Part 3.Organisms

1 Scope

This part of HY/T 147 specifies the analysis methods for monitoring items of marine organisms such as fish, shrimp, and shellfish. This part is applicable to the monitoring of marine life in the open sea, offshore sea and estuary.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB 17378.1 and GB 17378.2 apply to this document. 3.1 Marine biological sample Marine organisms in the open sea, offshore waters and estuaries, including fish, shrimp, shellfish and other marine organisms. 3.2 Freeze-drying A drying method in which the material to be dried is quickly frozen, and then the ice in it is sublimated into water vapor under high vacuum conditions. Due to ice The sublimation takes away the heat to keep the freeze-drying process in a low-temperature frozen state, which is conducive to retaining the activity of some biological samples (such as proteins).

4 General rules

4.1 Sample collection The collection, preparation, storage, transportation and pretreatment of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB 17378.3 and GB 17378.6. 4.2 Reagents and materials The experimental supplies of this part should be handled according to the following requirements. a) Test tubes with scales, concentrate bottles, pipettes, volumetric flasks, etc. for experiments should be calibrated before use; b) Glass containers and utensils should be rinsed with water, washed with detergent, then washed with ultrapure water, dried or dried naturally;
