Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces HY/T 071-2003 "Surface Drifting Buoy". Compared with HY/T 071-2003, the main technical changes are as follows. ---Expanded the scope of application of the standard; ---Added requirements for environmental adaptability, electromagnetic interference, and corresponding test methods; ---Improved some performance requirements in the original standard, including temperature measurement accuracy, positioning and data transmission frequency; ---Revision of some test methods in the original standard, such as temperature indication error verification method, shell sealing test method, etc. Please note that certain contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing agency of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents. This standard was proposed by the National Ocean Technology Center. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Marine Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC283). This standard was drafted by the National Ocean Technology Center. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Argos data acquisition and positioning system Argosdatacolectionandlocationsystem A satellite positioning and data transmission system for the monitoring and protection of the Earth’s marine environment, jointly established by France and the United States. 3.2 BeiDounavigationsatelitesystem A satellite system for positioning and communication independently developed and established by China. 3.3 Water sail drogue A soft cloth type flow vane is a component of the surface drifting buoy, which drifts under the action of the current in the water, thereby driving the entire buoy to follow the flow drift. 3.4 Dragarea ratio In the external structure of the surface drifting buoy, the ratio of the resistance area of the sail to the sum of the resistance areas of other parts. When the resistance area ratio When the value is greater than or equal to 40, the following characteristics of the surface drifting buoy are better.
