Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces HY/T 061-2002 "Hollow fiber microfiltration membrane module", compared with HY/T 061-2002, except for editorial changes
The main technical changes are as follows.
---Revised the two definitions of "microfiltration" and "pure water flux" (see 3.1 and 3.4, 3.1 and 3.2 of the.2002 edition);
--- Deleted the two definitions of "initial bubble point pressure" and "membrane pore size" (see 3.3 and 3.4 in the.2002 edition);
--- Added "shell hollow fiber membrane module", "shellless hollow fiber membrane module", "transmembrane pressure difference", "water production", "turbidity", and "silt density"
There are 7 definitions of "degree index" and "suspended solids" (see 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9);
--- Deleted classification and model (see Chapter 4 of the.2002 edition);
---Delete the content that is not related to the main performance requirements of the membrane module in the "basic requirements" and "technical requirements", and amend it to "appearance" and "complete"
4 requirements (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4, 5.1 and 5.2 of the.2002 edition);
--- Deleted the "appearance", "leakage", "pure water flux" and "initial bubble point pressure sum" of the membrane filament in the reference HY/T 051 test method
Membrane pore size calculation" 4 test methods (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 of the.2002 edition);
---Added 4 testing methods for the hollow fiber microfiltration membrane module. "Appearance", "Integrity", "Flux" and "Water Quality"
(See 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4);
---Modified the type inspection method and judgment rules (see 6.4.2 and 6.5, 7.2.4 of the.2002 edition);
---Added the parameters that should be included in the instruction manual (see 7.2.2.2);
---Modified the requirements for transportation and storage (see 7.3 and 7.4, 8.3 and 8.4 in the.2002 edition);
--- Deleted the hollow fiber microfiltration membrane module specifications and reference materials (see Appendix A and Appendix B of the.2002 edition);
---Added the schematic diagram of the integrity detection device and the flux detection device (see Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C).
