1 Scope of application
This standard stipulates the requirements for the basic situation of the application and issuance of the battery industry sewage permit, and the permit emission limit is indeed

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4 Basic requirements for reporting the discharge unit
4.1 Basic principles
