- adjusted the standard name and scope of application;
- Adjust the requirements for pollutant emissions;
- Increase the requirements of cleaner production
- Adjusted the requirements of raw material sources;
- Added raw material requirements to limit added substances;
- Adjust the requirements for water withdrawal in the production process;
- increased energy consumption in the production process, limiting the requirements of added substances;
- Increased requirements for restricted substances in products;
- Adjust the brightness of the product.
This standard is formulated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science and Technology Standards Division.
This standard is mainly drafted by. Environmental Protection Department of Environmental Development Center, the National Paper Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
