1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of single screw pumps.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4 basic requirements
4.1 Manufacturing

4.2 Assembly

4.2.2 The bearing housing and the universal joint seal sleeve shall be filled with 2/3 cavity grease.
4.2.3 The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ° C, and its maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ° C.

4.3 Materials and Parts, Parts
4.3.1 The main components of the single-screw pump shall be based on the chemical and physical properties of the medium to be transported and the pressure of the pump.

4.3.2 The cast iron and cast steel parts of the single screw pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 6880.1 and JB/T 6880.2 respectively.

b) the maximum particle size does not exceed the eccentricity of the rotor, and the maximum fiber length does not exceed 0.4 times the rotor pitch;
c) The maximum solid content of the medium is generally not more than 30%.
5 performance requirements
5.1 Performance
5.1.1 Single-screw pumps are classified into miniature, small, medium, large and extra large five-stage according to the flow rate. Flow tolerance of single screw pump

6 Test methods
6.1 The temperature rise of the bearing is measured by a point contact or infrared thermometer.
6.2 The amount of shaft seal leakage shall be measured by volumetric method or gravimetric method, and the measurement time shall not be less than 5 min.
6.3 Paint quality test shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T 4297.
6.4 The hydraulic test of the parts shall be carried out at 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure duration shall not be less than 10 min.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of single screw pumps is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Each single screw pump shall be inspected before leaving the factory, and it shall pass the inspection and be accompanied by the product certificate before leaving the factory.
7.2.2 The factory inspection items are shown in Table 3.

7.3 Type test
7.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases.
(a) New product type identification;
(b) significant changes in product structure, materials or workmanship;
(c) There is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the result of the last type inspection;
(d) in normal production, once every two years;
(e) Suspension of production for more than two years, when production resumes;
7.3.2 The type inspection items are shown in Table 3.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 mark
8.1.1 Each single screw pump shall be set with product label in obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with GB/T 13306.

8.2 Packaging

8.4 Storage
