Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Camera
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical content and testing methods of the camera environmental labeling products.
This standard applies to camera products, including storage tape, semiconductor memory or semiconductor memory chips, optical discs and hard

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Camera video camera
Through the image and sound sensors, the light and sound signals are converted into electrical signals, and the images are processed through a series of processes

4 basic requirements
4.1 Product quality should meet the requirements of SJ/T 11415 or other corresponding standards.
4.2 Pollutant emissions from product manufacturing enterprises shall comply with the requirements of national or local pollutant discharge standards.
4.3 Product manufacturers should strengthen clean production in the production process.
5 Technical content
5.1 Product Environmental Protection Design Requirements
5.1.1 Easy to disassemble design
The product is detachable.
5.1.2 Easy to recycle design
5.1.2.1. Plastic parts with a mass exceeding 25 g or a planar surface area exceeding.200 mm2 shall use a single type of polymer or copolymerization

5.1.2.2. The type of polymer, copolymer or polymerization mixture used in the product shall not exceed 4 and is easily decomposed.
5.1.2.3. Plastic parts with a mass exceeding 25g and a surface area exceeding.200mm2 shall be marked in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 16288.
5.1.3 Requirements for hazardous substances in parts and components

5.1.3.1. The product shell shall not use chlorine-containing or bromine-containing polymers, and shall not be added with organic chlorine compounds or organic bromine compounds.

5.1.3.2. The product enclosure shall not use the phthalate esters listed in Appendix A as plasticizers.
5.1.3.3. Plastic components shall not be added with short-chained chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) or deca-BDE (Deca-BDE), of which short-chain chlorinated paraffins
(SCCPs) content shall not exceed 0.1% of the total plastic parts.
5.1.3.4. Product shell, the content of benzo(a)pyrene in the hand-held belt shall not exceed 1 mg/kg, and the 16 items of multi-rings listed in Appendix B
The sum of aromatic compounds (PAHs) must not exceed 10 mg/kg.
5.1.3.5. Optical lenses used in conjunction with the product shall not use lead (Pb) and its compounds as ingredients.
5.2 Product production stage requirements
5.2.1 Methylene chloride (CH2Cl2) should not be used as a cleaning solvent in the production of optical lenses.
5.2.2 The assembly of parts shall not use hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), 1,1,1-trichloroethane (C2H3Cl3), trichloroethylene.
(C2HCl3), dichloroethane (CH3CHCl2), dichloromethane (CH2Cl2), chloroform (CHCl3), carbon tetrachloride (CCl4),
A substance such as bromopropane (C3H7Br) is used as a cleaning solvent.
5.2.3 Lead-free soldering process should be used during component assembly and connection.
5.3 Product requirements
5.3.1 Requirements for hazardous substances in products
Lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in products
The content should meet the requirements of GB/T 26572.
5.3.2 Product supporting battery and adapter requirements
5.3.2.1. The heavy metals in the battery of the product shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

5.3.2.2. After the product power battery has been charged and discharged 300 times, its remaining capacity should still be greater than 80% of its rated capacity.
5.3.2.3. For products equipped with adapters, the average efficiency rating of the adapter's energy efficiency should meet the requirements of Table 2.

5.3.2.4. For products equipped with adapters, the energy efficiency limit of the adapter under no-load conditions shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

5.4 Product Packaging Requirements
5.4.1 Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) should not be used as blowing agents.
5.4.2 The total amount of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in packaging and packaging materials shall not exceed 100 mg/kg.
5.4.3 It should be marked in accordance with GB/T 18455.
5.5 Product recycling phase requirements
Enterprises should establish waste product recycling and recycling treatment systems to provide information on product recycling and recycling.
5.6 Product Description Requirements
Product descriptions must be sold with the product and should include the following.
(1) the applicable conditions of use of the product;
(2) Product use and maintenance instructions;
(3) Description of product power saving mode and standby mode;
(4) Recycling and disposal recommendations for battery use of the product;
(5) Product recycling information and corresponding channels.
6 Test methods
6.1 Technical content The inspection of 5.3.2.3 and 5.3.2.4 shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB 20943.
6.2 Other requirements in the technical content are verified by document review in conjunction with on-site verification.
