This standard is the first release.

1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical content and testing methods of mobile hard disk environmental labeling products.
This standard applies to mobile hard disk products.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Mobile hard disk drive
A portable data storage device. The device is mainly used for data storage, and the magnetic medium hard disk is used as a storage carrier.
The communication method determined by the USB interface or the like is connected to a data processing device such as a computer, and the data access and management functions are conveniently completed.
4 basic requirements
4.1 Product quality should meet the requirements of the corresponding product quality standards.
4.2 Pollutant emissions from product manufacturing enterprises shall comply with national or local standards for pollutant discharge.
4.3 Product manufacturers should strengthen clean production in the production process.
5 Technical content
5.1 Product Design Requirements
5.1.1 The product adopts a detachable design.
5.1.2 DecaBDE (DBDPO) and short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) shall not be used for plastic parts in the product.
5.2 Production process requirements
The production process shall not use hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), 1,1,1-trichloroethane (C2H3Cl3), trichloroethylene (C2HCl3),
Dichloroethane (CH3CHCl2), chloroform (CHCl3), bromopropane (C3H7Br), n-hexane (C6H14), toluene (C7H8), two
Toluene (C6H4(CH3)2).
5.3 Product requirements
Lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyls in products and product components
The limits for six hazardous substances (PBDEs) should meet the requirements of SJ/T 11363, with the following exceptions.
a) lead in high melting point solders;
b) lead in electronic ceramic components;
c) The lead content in the steel alloy does not exceed 0.35%, the lead content in the aluminum alloy does not exceed 0.4%, and the lead content in the copper alloy does not exceed 4%.
5.4 Packaging material requirements
5.4.1 The content of vinyl chloride monomer shall not exceed 1 mg/kg.
5.4.2 Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) should not be used as blowing agents.
5.4.3 It should be marked in accordance with GB/T 18455.
5.5 Recycling and disposal requirements
Enterprises should establish waste product recycling and recycling treatment systems to provide information on product recycling and recycling.
5.6 Public information requirements
Product recycling information should be included in the public information.
