and non-ferrous metal casting (C 3392). Ferrous metal casting refers to the manufacture of various finished and semi-finished products such as iron castings and steel castings; non-ferrous metal castings
Manufacturing refers to the manufacture of various finished and semi-finished products such as non-ferrous metals and their alloy castings.
3.2
metal foundry industry pollutant emission unit
Sewage units engaged in the manufacture of various metal castings, including ferrous metal casting sewage units and non-ferrous metal casting sewage units. black gold
Foundry pollutant discharge units refer to pollutant discharge units engaged in the manufacture of various finished and semi-finished products such as iron castings and steel castings; non-ferrous metal casting pollutant discharge units refer to
Sewage discharge units engaged in the manufacture of various finished and semi-finished products of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
3.3
direct discharge
The act of discharging water pollutants directly into environmental water bodies.
3.4
indirect discharge
The act of discharging water pollutants into the public sewage treatment system by a sewage unit.
3.5
key regions
According to the requirements of ecological environment work, the air pollution is serious, or the ecological environment is fragile, or there is a need for further improvement of ambient air quality, etc.
Areas that require strict control of air pollutant emissions.
4 General requirements for self-monitoring
The pollutant discharging unit should find out the pollution source, pollutant index and potential environmental impact of the unit, formulate a monitoring plan, set up and maintain monitoring
facilities, carry out self-monitoring in accordance with the monitoring plan, do a good job in quality assurance and quality control, record and save monitoring data, and disclose it to the public in accordance with the law
Monitoring results.
5.Development of monitoring plan
5.1 Exhaust Emission Monitoring
5.1.1 Organised exhaust emission monitoring
5.1.1.1 The monitoring points, monitoring indicators and minimum monitoring frequency of the pollutant discharge units of the metal casting industry shall be implemented in accordance with Table 1.
5.2.2 Monitoring indicators and monitoring frequency
The monitoring points, monitoring indicators and minimum monitoring frequency of waste water discharge of metal casting industry sewage discharge units shall be implemented in accordance with Table 3.
5.3 Boundary environmental noise monitoring
5.3.1 The setting of environmental noise monitoring points at the plant boundary should follow the principles in HJ 819, mainly considering metal smelting (chemical) and auxiliary equipment, sand
Processing and sand regeneration equipment, shakeout machines, molding/core making equipment, centrifuges, die casting machines, cleaning and grinding equipment, vacuum pumps, air compressors, air
The distribution of noise sources such as machines and other noise sources in the factory area and the location of surrounding noise-sensitive buildings.
5.3.2 The environmental noise at the boundary of the plant shall be monitored at least once a quarter for daytime and nighttime noise, and the monitoring index is equivalent continuous A sound level. frequency at night
When affected by the frequent and occasional noise, measure the maximum sound level of the frequent and occasional noises at the same time. Night noise monitoring may not be carried out for those who do not produce at night. noise around
For sound-sensitive buildings, the frequency of monitoring should be increased.
5.4 Surrounding environmental quality impact monitoring
5.4.1 If there are clear requirements in laws and regulations, etc., carry out monitoring of surrounding environmental quality impact as required.
5.4.2 If there is no specific requirement, if the pollutant discharge unit deems it necessary, it may open the environmental quality of surrounding water, soil and air according to the actual situation.
Exhibition monitoring. Pollutant discharge units producing lead-based and lead-bronze refer to HJ/T 166 and HJ 964 to set up soil monitoring points, and monitor surrounding soil.
The monitoring indicators and the minimum monitoring frequency shall be implemented in accordance with Table 4.
5.5 Other requirements
5.5.1 In addition to the pollutant indicators in Tables 1 to 3, the pollutant indicators in 5.5.1.1 and 5.5.1.2 should also be included in the scope of monitoring indicators, and
Refer to Table 1~Table 3 and HJ 819 to determine the monitoring frequency.
5.5.1.1 Pollutant Discharge Permit, Implemented Pollutant Discharge (Control) Standards, Environmental Impact Assessment Documents and Their Approvals [Only in.2015
