3.4
Pollutant emission unit of hazardous waste recycling
Sewage units that carry out activities such as extracting substances from hazardous wastes as raw materials or fuels.
3.5
pollutant emission unit of hazardous waste disposal
Carry out hazardous waste incineration and other methods to change the physical, chemical and biological properties of hazardous waste to reduce the hazardous waste generated
Quantity, reduce the volume of hazardous waste, reduce or eliminate its hazardous components, or place hazardous waste finally in a refill that meets the requirements of environmental protection regulations.
Sewage units for activities such as burials.
3.6
pollutant emission unit of medical waste disposal
Sewage units that carry out activities such as microwave disinfection centralized treatment, chemical disinfection centralized treatment, and high-temperature steam centralized treatment.
3.7
rainwater outlet
A discharge outlet that discharges natural precipitation directly or through trenches, canals, pipelines and other facilities to the outside of the factory boundary.
4 General requirements for self-monitoring
The pollutant discharging unit should find out the pollution source, pollutant index and potential environmental impact of the unit, formulate a monitoring plan, set up and maintain monitoring
facilities, carry out self-monitoring in accordance with the monitoring plan, do a good job in quality assurance and quality control, record and save monitoring information, and disclose it to the public in accordance with the law
Monitoring results.
5.Development of monitoring plan
5.1 Wastewater discharge monitoring
5.1.1 The waste water discharge monitoring points, monitoring indicators and minimum monitoring frequency of general industrial solid waste storage and disposal units shall be implemented in accordance with Table 1.
The monitoring frequency of bits and indicators shall be determined with reference to this standard.
5.5.4 Sampling methods, monitoring and analysis methods, monitoring quality assurance and quality control shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 819.
5.5.5 The description and changes of the monitoring program shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 819.
6 Information recording and reporting
6.1 Information records
6.1.1 Monitoring information record
Manual monitoring records and automatic monitoring operation and maintenance records are implemented in accordance with HJ 819.The authenticity and accuracy of the automatic monitoring data by the sewage unit
Responsible for the abnormal data transmission should be reported in a timely manner, and implemented in accordance with national standards or automatic monitoring data abnormality marking rules.
6.1.2 Receiving solid waste information
The sewage discharge unit should record the entry information of external general industrial solid waste, including entry time, solid waste name, waste type, waste
Generation unit, physical state, waste weight, storage facility code, etc.
The landfill should record the landfill situation, including the time of entering the landfill, the name of the waste, and the type of waste (if it is a hazardous waste, the hazardous waste should also be recorded.
