1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the evaluation principles, working procedures, key contents, main methods and requirements for the environmental impact assessment of comprehensive river basin planning.
This standard is applicable to the relevant departments of the State Council, river basin management agencies, local people's governments at or above the city level with districts and their relevant departments.
Environmental impact assessment of the formulated comprehensive river basin plan (including revisions). Watershed professional planning or special planning can be implemented with reference to this standard.
