1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the basic requirements and permits for the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits for the rubber products industry.
Determination of emission limit, actual emission calculation, compliance determination method, self-monitoring, environmental management account and pollution permit

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Rubber products industry
Refers to activities that use natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber as raw materials to produce various rubber products, but does not include waste wheels
