1 Application for Pollution Discharge Permit and Issuance of Technical Specifications for Graphite and Other Non-metallic Mineral Products Manufacturing
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the application and issuance of pollutant discharge permits for the manufacture of graphite and other non-metallic mineral products.
Requirements, allowable emission limit determination, actual emission calculation, technical methods for compliance determination, as well as self-monitoring, environmental management accounting and pollution discharge
Environmental management requirements such as the permit implementation report put forward feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control of pollutant discharge units manufactured by graphite and other non-metallic mineral products.
This standard is applicable to guide graphite and other non-metallic mineral products manufacturing pollutants to fill in the information on the national pollutant discharge permit management information platform.
The relevant application information is also applicable to guide the pollutant discharge permit issuance department to review and determine the discharge of graphite and other non-metallic mineral products.
Pollution permit licensing requirements.
This standard is applicable to the management of pollutant discharge permits for air pollutants and water pollutants discharged by pollutant discharge units from the manufacture of graphite and other non-metallic mineral products.
In the pollutant emission units manufacturing graphite and other non-metallic mineral products, the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants" (GB 13223) shall be implemented

3 Terms and definitions

33.1 Pollutant emission unit of graphite and nonmetallic manufacturing of graphite and other nonmetallic mineral products

4.1 Requirements for basic information of pollutant discharge units
4.1.1 General principles
