3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 PVC industrial sewage unit polyvinyl chloride (PVC) industry pollutant emission unit
Refers to the industrial sewage unit that produces polyvinyl chloride by the acetylene method, the ethylene method and the monomer method.
3.2 Acetylene method acetylene method
