Summary This standard applies to construction projects to promote chemical engineering, compliance with the relevant environmental protection laws and regulations, the use of cleaner production processes, rational development and utilization of resources, energy and prevent waste gas, waste water, waste, noise, pollution and radioactive substances, virtuous circle of ecological environment protection and sustainable development. This provision applies to all new construction, expansion, renovation and transformation of chemical construction projects, including joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperation, and the introduction of foreign-owned projects and loans from international financial organizations and township projects, streets, self-employed chemical engineering project (hereinafter referred to as Chemical Construction projects).
