4 System functions
4.1 Quality online inspection
Using the same technology as the HVI testing equipment, the parameters that should be tested online for cotton at least include. impurity area, moisture regain, reflectivity, yellowness
degree, color level. The detection data should be output to the intelligent analysis system in real time.
4.2 Detection and monitoring
Distributed sensors based on fieldbus are used to conduct online detection of main equipment operating parameters, and digital cameras are used to detect key equipment.
The equipment and area are monitored by video, and the detection and monitoring data are visualized.
