1 Scope

3 yard setting
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The cotton bale yard is divided into three types. open storage yard, semi-open storage yard and warehouse.
3.1.2 The area around the bale yard should be kept clean and no flammable materials should be stacked.
3.1.3 The sewers of cotton bales should be kept open.
3.1.4 The cotton bale yard should be separated from the office area, living area and production area.
3.1.5 The cotton bale yard should be separated from the battery car charging room, motor vehicle library and oil depot.
3.2 Open storage setting requirements
3.2.1 It should be set in the upwind direction of the main wind direction during the processing season in the factory.
3.2.2 The area of each jacket shall not exceed 100m2.
3.2.3 No other houses should be built in the open storage yard.
3.2.4 The safety distance between cotton aphid and other yards, buildings, chimneys and open fires shall comply with the provisions of GB 50016.
3.3 Semi-open-air yard setting requirements
3.3.1 Semi-open storage yards shall be provided with roofs.
3.3.2 It should be set in the upwind direction of the main wind direction during the processing season in the factory.
3.3.3 Buildings of primary and secondary fire rating should be used.
Note. When the load-bearing members such as the roof are non-combustion, this is not limited.
3.3.4 Fire protection zone area up to or exceeding 1000m2, should be equipped with automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler system, each fire zone
