Analysis and adaptability evaluation of three parts. The basic information includes the name of the inspected unit, the name of the radioactive factor, the number of persons to be inspected by the inspected unit, the actual
The number of people inspected, the type of occupational exposure, the time and location of the inspection, etc.; the analysis of the inspection results includes the list of persons with no abnormality, various abnormalities or diseases.
List of patients and treatment suggestions, list of reviewers, and a list of personal occupational health examination results. tests related to radiological hazards
Abnormal findings include abnormal chromosomal aberration rate and/or lymphocyte micronucleus rate in peripheral blood lymphocytes, white blood cells and micronuclei in blood cell analysis.
If the board is abnormal, etc., the re-examination results need to be provided, and the eligibility evaluation will be given according to the re-examination results.
For shooting work, see Chapter 6 for assessment of suitability.
5.3.3 Fill in the individual report "Occupational Health Checklist for Radiation Workers", if there is a single or multiple abnormalities in the inspection results, it needs to be re-examined to confirm
The content and time of the re-examination should be clarified; the chief inspector will give an opinion of suitability and sign after reviewing the inspection conclusion. The relevant content is detailed.
See Chapter 6; persons with suspected radiation injuries should be identified in both individual reports and summary reports, and should be reported by the occupational health inspection agency
Notify the radiation work unit, and inform the radiation staff in a timely manner, and at the same time prompt the radiation staff to go to the relevant radiological disease diagnosis machine
The institution further clarifies the diagnosis, and reports to the health administrative department where the radiation work unit is located according to regulations.
5.3.4 The medical and health institutions engaged in occupational health examination shall, within 30 working days from the end of the examination work, issue an occupational certificate for the employer.
Health inspection report, and be responsible for the content of the report.
