Introduction
The photovoltaic agriculture project is a new technology industry that combines the photovoltaic industry and modern agriculture organically, and is a compatible coexistence of photovoltaic and agriculture
With the new model of coordinated development, the stacked gains of "photovoltaic agricultural employment" can be realized.
Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is the first effective mode of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation in China, which is listed by the country as one of the top ten targeted poverty alleviation projects.
Promote the use of poverty-stricken areas across the country. The application of photovoltaic agricultural projects to photovoltaic poverty alleviation conforms to the current national conditions and the actual conditions in poor areas
The situation is not only conducive to the increase of poverty alleviation benefits, but also to solving the employment problem of the poor.
This guidance technical document is applicable to photovoltaic agriculture projects, and can be used by poverty alleviation organizations, third-party institutions, and assisted objects in photovoltaic agriculture projects.
Use for reference in poor work.

3 Project conditions
3.1 Construction conditions
3.1.1 The photovoltaic agricultural project should comprehensively consider the socio-economic conditions, natural environment and development conditions of the local area to determine the site.
3.1.2 The photovoltaic agricultural project should prefer to select unused land such as barren hills, barren beaches and barren slopes without changing the nature of the land.
3.1.3 The site of the photovoltaic agricultural project should be south-facing or near-south, and priority should be given to land with flat terrain and concentrated plots.
3.1.4 The photovoltaic agricultural project site should have a good ecological environment and meet the surrounding conditions of no industrial pollution, sufficient water resources, and convenient drainage and irrigation.
3.1.5 The photovoltaic agricultural project should have the transportation conditions for photovoltaic power generation and agricultural production.
3.1.6 Other site selection requirements for photovoltaic agricultural projects shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 50797 and GB/T 36115.
3.2 Facilities and equipment conditions
3.2.1 The facilities and equipment of photovoltaic agricultural projects include photovoltaic power generation facilities and agricultural production facilities.
3.2.2 The photovoltaic power generation facilities and equipment mainly include photovoltaic support, photovoltaic components, inverters, transformers, power cables and other power generation facilities and equipment
Related operation and maintenance testing equipment.
3.2.3 Agricultural production facilities and equipment mainly include facility greenhouses, facility equipment and operating machines.
3.2.4 The form of photovoltaic support for photovoltaic agricultural projects should be compatible with the agricultural scheme.
3.2.5 The height of the photovoltaic bracket of the photovoltaic agricultural project should not be less than 3m from the ground. The east-west pile distance and the north-south pile distance should be kept at a reasonable span.
Should affect agricultural production operations.
3.2.6 The spacing of the photovoltaic array of the photovoltaic agricultural project should be designed according to the lighting requirements of the crops, and the photovoltaic support should be designed with flexible spacing
Adjustable form, photovoltaic modules should be installed in a single row.
3.2.7 The photovoltaic agricultural project should consider the environmental characteristics of agricultural production, and the photovoltaic support should be made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy material.
3.2.8 The photovoltaic agricultural project should be based on the principle of saving land, and it is advisable to use roads, inverters, box transformers and other electrical equipment by elevating supports
