--- Promote the standardization of wind turbine and wind turbine international standardization work;
--- To promote the continuous improvement of the quality of wind turbine products in China and enhance the competitiveness of products in the international market.
This technical document is the equivalent of IEC TS61400-14.2005 wind turbine generator set Part 14. Nominal apparent acoustic power
Level and tone (English version).
This guideline is equivalent to translation IEC TS61400-14.2005.
For ease of use, the following technical document has the following editorial changes.
--- The preface and introduction to IEC TS have been deleted in this guidance document and the preface of this guidance document has been added.
--- This part of IEC TS61400 read "This Guidance Technical Paper";
--- Use the decimal point "." Instead of as a decimal point comma ",";
--- For the reference of other international standards to be adopted as our standard instead of the corresponding international standards (see this instructional text
Chapter 2);
--- Change the method of measuring apparent acoustical power level and tone value given in IEC TS 61414-11 to "in the scope" The present Guidance Technique
The documentation is applicable to determining the nominal apparent sound power level and tone of a wind turbine. "
This guideline is for reference only.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this guidance document.
3.1
Repeatability standard deviation σR standarddeviationofreproducibility
The standard deviation of noise obtained under repeated conditions, that is, repeated use of the same noise measurement method on the same wind turbine at different times
And under different conditions (different wind direction, different personnel, different measurement equipment) measured standard deviation.
3.2
Manufacturing standard deviation σp standarddeviationofproduction
Under repeated conditions (same surveyor, the same measuring equipment), using the same noise measurement method, the same batch of different wind
Standard deviation of noise generated by the generator set.
3.3
Composite standard deviation σt totalstandarddeviation
From (1) calculated.
σt = σ2p σ2R (1)
3.4
Batch batch
The same type, the same model, with the specifications of the wind turbine constitutes a group. The same number of wind turbines with the same nominal apparent sound power
Level and tone characterization. Wind turbine components involved in determining nominal values are described in the manufacturer's instructions.
NOTE Even though slight changes to the wind turbine design may affect the apparent sound power level and the sound level, the wind turbine parameters given in Appendix B
Information on the measurement of noise characteristics.
4 Overview
ISO 4871 and ISO 7574 give a general method for the determination and verification of nominal values of noise emissions from machinery and equipment. For different batches,
