Introduction
In the process industry, there is a clear trend, that is, the entire factory construction tasks with a one-time payment or similar business methods
To the contractor. Past experience has shown that both the process industry (hereafter referred to as the owner) and the contractor will be time-consuming and laborious to discuss their solutions
Undertake activities, scope and their respective responsibilities in the transfer of the factory.
The guidance document has improved and facilitated the consultative process between both parties and has allowed both parties to reach agreement on the scope of their respective activities.
This guidance does not reflect the interests of the pharmaceutical industry or other highly specialized industries.

Marking and activities in debugging
1 Scope
This Guidance Document defines the stages and markups in commissioning (Figure 1) and describes in examples the completion of construction
After that, the owner conducted the activity before the factory acceptance. These activities will be applied to various processes/factories.
Note. Construction and pre-commissioning activities may overlap.
Figure 1 stage and the definition of the mark
2 definition
The following definitions apply to this guidance document.
2.1
A phase during which non-operational corrections, cold test runs, cleaning and mechanical test activities are performed. Specific details refer to attached
Record B.
2.2
A mark indicates that the entire factory or any part of it has been installed in accordance with the drawings, instructions, instructions and application code and
Test, and adjusted to achieve the extent of cold test run. This means that all necessary electrical and instrumentation has been completed.
This mark marks the end of the pretest activity.
2.3
A phase in which media such as water or inert substances are used in place of chemicals for the operation of equipment and plants and
Test activities.
2.4
A mark, marking the end of the cold test. At this moment, the working range of each instrument circuit should be adjusted and can reflect the actual operation
Turn when the work situation.
2.5
A phase in which the chemicals actually used in the process are used to run and test equipment and devices to provide real life
Production ready.
