Foreword

This instructional document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Guidance Document is governed by the Redrafted Law with reference to IEC Guide 107, "Guidelines for Drafting Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Standards" (English Third Edition.2009-02). The degree of agreement between this guidance document and IEC Guide 107 is not equivalent. This Guidance Document replaces GB /Z 18509-2001, "Guidelines for Drafting Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Standards". The main changes are as follows. --- Normative references GB/T 4365-2003 "Electrotechnical terminology electromagnetic compatibility." --- Chapter 3 added "EMC Committee" "horizontal standard" ("electromagnetic compatibility level" three terms. --- Chapter 4 to adjust the content of the overview describes the electromagnetic disturbance on the functional safety of the equipment caused by the scope of the impact. --- Chapter 5 New "5.1 General", describes the role of EMC standard coordination group, adjust "5.3 Immunity requirements" part. --- Chapter 6 6.2 Added "6) Measurement and test equipment"; Department of "6.3 General EMC Standard" and "6.4 Product EMC Standard" Sub-content adjustments. --- Delete the original Chapter 7, "China's EMC standardization organization", the original Chapter 7 content is integrated into Appendix A. --- Chapter 8 "Development of EMC Standards" (corresponding to Chapter 9) Added "8.3.1 Overview" and "8.4 Regulatory Statements". --- Appendix B of Table B.1, the phenomenon of low-frequency transmission of the "interharmonic wave" to "inter-harmonic"; the new "high-power electromagnetic transient" package With the original "high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse." --- Added "Appendix C" and "Appendix D". This guidance document is proposed and managed by the National Electromagnetic Compatibility Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC246). 1 Scope

This Guidance Document dictates procedures for the drafting of all or part of the electromagnetic compatibility-related standards. In developing a new electromagnetic compatibility standard This procedure is appropriate for prospective or EMC provisions and for the revision of existing standards. In order to ensure that the standards are consistent with each other and in line with the current practice and that duplication of documentation is avoided, compliance with this program.

2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document. Electrotechnical terminology - Electromagnetic compatibility GB/T 4365-2003

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Electromagnetic compatibility electromagneticcompatibility; EMC Equipment or systems that function properly in their electromagnetic environment and do not constitute unacceptable electromagnetic disturbances of anything in its electromagnetic environment Ability. [GB/T 4365-2003, Definition 161-01-07] 3.2 EMC Committee EMCcommittees In this guidance document, the EMC Committee refers to the National Technical Committee for Standardization on Radio Interference (SAC/TC79) and the National Electromagnetic Compatibility Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC246). 3.3 (Electromagnetic) compatibility level (electromagnetic) compatibilitylevel In order to coordinate emission limits and immunity limits, the level of electromagnetic disturbance as a reference level is specified. [GB/T 4365-2003, Definition 161-03-10] Notes 1. By convention, the probability of actual harassment levels exceeding the chosen compatibility level is small. However, launch and resistance are controlled only on a variety of occasions The level of interference is such that the level of disturbance resulting from the accumulated emissions is lower than the level of immunity for each device, equipment and system in the same situation Achieved electromagnetically compatible. Note 2. Compatibility levels may be related to electromagnetic phenomena, time and place. 3.4 Electromagnetic disturbance electromagneticdisturbance Any electromagnetic phenomena that may cause the device, device, or system to degrade, or have an adverse effect on a living being or a non-living being. Note. Electromagnetic disturbance may be electromagnetic noise, unwanted signals or changes in the media itself. [GB/T 4365-2003, Definition 161-01-05]
