Preface

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 9944-2015 "Stainless Steel Wire Rope". 1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of stainless steel wire ropes, gives classification and marking, and stipulates the order content, manufacturing process, technical requirements, Requirements, inspection, packaging, marking, quality certificate, storage, transportation and acceptance time limit, arbitration, safety, use and maintenance. 4 Classification and labeling

4.1 Classification 4.1.1 Steel wire ropes shall be classified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8706.Their categories, typical structures and diameter ranges are shown in Table 1.Typical structures See Appendix C for an example.
