Foreword

This revised standard adopts the International Standard ISO 1382.2008 "Rubber terminology" (in English). This standard replaces GB/T 9881-2003 "Rubber term", GB/T 7359-1999 "synthetic rubber term" and GB/T 6039-1997 "Rubber physical tests and chemical tests - Terms." These three criteria are based on ISO 1382.1996 to develop, And there is a lot of repetition, and are therefore based on national standards to clean up the conclusion of its integration amendments. This standard and ISO 1382.2008 main technical difference. --- Remove the ISO 1382 Introduction and scope of the chapter repeat descriptive text; --- Remove the ISO 1382 clearly states that refuse to use the term (see appendix B.1); --- ISO 1382 as a separate non-preferred terms or synonyms (undefined) terms listed in its preferred term in Chinese After corresponds to a word, it is no longer listed as a separate, but preferably out in the corresponding English terms (see appendix B.2); and for Column lists the synonyms are based upon the ISO 1382 way alone; --- Some of the English term for the Chinese term also gives the synonyms, synonyms listed under the preferred term, not a separate entry; --- Added some GB/T 6039-1997 and GB/T 7359-1999 have, and ISO 1382 in terms not listed in 2.487 after. For ease of use, this standard also made the following editorial changes. --- ISO 1382 the term did not give a number of the standard order of terms in English given sequentially numbered; --- ISO 1382 in the abbreviation "cf." indicates see another term (non-synonymous), information and see the original terms of the terms contained in The closely related field, in this standard as "See also." means; --- The ISO 1382 accompanying bulleted list in accordance with Appendix No. Appendix A. This standard and GB/T 9881-2003 differences. --- This standard ISO 1382 adds new terms 116, modify the terms or definitions 45; --- The term ISO 1382 standard will remove four are no longer raised; --- Increasing the GB/T 6039-1997 and GB/T in 7359-199948 term was (2.488 ~ 2.535); --- Increasing the list of symbols (Appendix A). Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix B is an informative annex. The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. This standard by the National Rubber and rubber products Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC35) centralized. This standard was drafted. This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows. --- GB/T 9881-1988, GB/T 9881-2003; --- GB/T 6039-1985, GB/T 6039-1988, GB/T 6039-1997; --- GB/T 7359-1987, GB/T 7359-1999.

Introduction

This standard will be unfamiliar with the term rubber to help people, but also as a guide in the rubber industry in the selection of appropriate and recommended Term in order to reduce possible confusion. At the same time, can also be used for rubber and other relating to standards, publications and reports. The standard term is limited to the rubber industry, those common vocabulary. This standard is not scheduled for a particular term rubber products were Definition of the term is not easy to obtain in other resources (such as universal dictionary) is widely understood or sufficiently defined to be defined. Many rubber product areas have developed standard terms for their specific products and processes, these standard terms of reference in Listed. It should also be concerned about the GB/T 2035 "Plastics Terms and Definitions" and ISO 18064 "Thermoplastic elastomers and abbreviated name" because Which contains many of the rubber industry and plastics industry terminology common concern. The term & Rubber

1 Scope

This standard defines the terms used in the rubber industry. This standard does not pre-term special rubber products used for the definition of these terms, please see the criteria listed in the literature. This standard does not apply to the terms and definitions of special rubber products. Some terms are defined before adding a note in parentheses to indicate that the term specifically restricted to a specific area, such as "< latex>." When a term has one or more synonyms, the synonyms of these terms are listed in the following preferred terms. Unless otherwise indicated, all terms are nouns.

2 Terms and definitions

2.1 Wear and tear Due to the loss caused by the friction of the surface of the material. 2.2 Resistance due to mechanical action of the material surface wear properties. Note. wear usually expressed as abrasion resistance index. 2.3 Than in the same specified conditions and test measurement standard rubber rubber abrasion volume loss, expressed as a percentage. NOTE. National Standard GB/T 9867 gives a rotating cylindrical drum machine abrasion wear resistance measurement method. 2.4 In one aimed at aging in a shorter time period to produce a natural effect of aging test environment. Note. usually elevated temperature method for increasing the rate of degradation, sometimes combined with increased oxygen or air pressure, humidity and other changes to improve the conditions. 2.5 And vulcanizing agent used together to improve the cure rate and (or) the physical properties of vulcanized rubber compounding agents in small doses. 2.6 To increase the low-dose effect complexing agent accelerator used. 2.7 Promote the fine particulate sulfur vulcanizable with zinc oxide activator. NOTE. When you need a low zinc concentration, such as the production of transparent, translucent or low zinc content vulcanized rubber vulcanized rubber, zinc oxide activity is more effective than ordinary zinc oxide. 2.8 Coupling polymerization reaction without generating water or other single molecule between monomers. Note. in addition polymerization of mainly two. the addition polymerization of unsaturated compounds, such as olefins and diolefins; addition polymerization of a cyclic structure formed by ring-opening Oita Child, for example, lactam and cyclic ethers.
