1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the exhaust smoke free diesel and measuring instruments during acceleration.
This standard applies to all kinds of non-road operation of the variable condition mobile machinery diesel engines (such as loaders, bulldozers, tractors, handling machinery,
Trucks, road construction and mobile cranes and other used diesel).
This standard does not apply to vehicles, three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicles with diesel engines.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
