This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard and GB/T 9361-1988 The main changes are as follows.

--- Revised security level (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 1988 edition);
--- Increased security provisions (see 5.2,5.3,10.8,10.9,10.11 and 10.13);
--- Amendments to the structural fire protection requirements (see Chapter 6, Section 5 of the 1988 edition);
--- Revised requirements for the distribution system (see Chapter 8, 1988 edition 7.1);
