Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 1265.2007 (E) "Plastics - Determination of impurities and foreign particles of polyvinyl chloride resin Number" (in English).
This standard is based on ISO 1265. redraft 2007 (E), and its main technical differences are as follows.
--- ISO 1265.2007 (E) counts a predetermined size greater than 0.250mm impurities, this standard requires visual counting visible impurities, according to
This removes the associated "Note 2" and "2."
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
a) "this International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
b) Remove the preface to the international standards.
This standard replaces GB/T 9348-1988 "Determination of impurities polyvinyl chloride resin and the number of particles of foreign matter."
This standard and the former version of the standard main technical differences.
--- Instrument increases the timer (edition 3.3);
--- Of Procedure was revised (1988 edition Chapter 4, Chapter 4 edition);
--- The results expressed modified (1988 edition Chapter 5, Chapter 5 edition);
--- Added Appendix A "count the number of impurities (impurities and foreign particles) and the results are shown in the logic diagram."
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.
The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of plastic PVC resin product Club (SAC/TC15/SC7) centralized.

Plastic polyvinyl chloride resin
Determination of number of impurities and foreign particles
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the number of impurities and foreign particles in the surface of the expanded polyvinyl chloride resin.
Since the particle paste resin too thin, this method is not used for the determination of the resin paste.
Principle 2
Between the amount of resin in a rigid plate (with a white glossy paper cover) and a glass plate with a grid and flatten, count
25 squares visible in the number of impurities and foreign particles.
Results by extrapolation expressed per 100 square point of impurities (impurities and foreign particles) number.
3 Instrument
3.1 glass plate, 340mm × 340mm × 4.5mm, colorless, transparent, no defects scratches, bubbles, black spots like 1).
1) If the defect is taken into account in the detection count.
In the center of the glass sheet, the 100 is a 30mm × 30mm squares consisting of 300mm × 300mm grid. Grid
Network can use indelible pencil, diamond or other suitable tool does not contact the resin side of the draw.
3.2 Hard Tablet. 450mm × 450mm, covered with a white glossy paper.
3.3 Timer (eg stopwatch).
4 steps
Spread about 200mL (1cm3 = 1mL) in rigid plate (3.2) on a sample.
The glass plate (3.1) is pressed against the sample, gently move the glass sheet, to expand the sample so that the sample contact area with the glass plate in at least 25
Square or more, preferably in the center of the glass.
With a dark pencil mark 25 selected grid limits (Figure 1).
