1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for sampling fresh fruits and vegetables, the sampling process, sampling methods, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of laboratory samples, etc.
This document applies to the sampling of fresh unprocessed fruits and vegetables.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Batch products lot
Collected together, with a certain quantity and consistent characteristics/features (same variety or type, maturity, specifications and packaging are basically the same, etc.)
