This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document refers to ISO 4586.2018 (all parts) High-pressure decorative laminates (HPL, HPDL) based on thermosetting resin impregnated paper
(usually called laminated board)》 was drafted.
This document replaces GB/T 7911-2013 "Thermosetting resin impregnated paper high pressure decorative laminate (HPL)" and GB/T 7911-2013
Compared with the previous version, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added surface layer, core layer, pearlescent high-pressure decorative laminate, metal facing high-pressure decorative laminate, color core high-pressure decorative laminate
Terms and definitions of panels and metal reinforced core high pressure decorative laminates (see 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8);
b) The definitions of dry flowers, wet flowers, stains, edge defects, bubbles, delamination and missing corners have been deleted (see 3.2 to 3.8 of the.2013 edition);
c) The classification has been changed (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 of the.2013 edition);
d) Added marking and application areas (see 5.1, 5.2);
e) Added the requirements for dimensional deviation, flatness, edge straightness and verticality of metal facing type, color core type and metal reinforced core type (see

q) The requirements for anti-static performance have been changed, and the flame retardant performance has been changed to flame retardant performance (see 6.4.1, 6.4.2, Table 5 of the.2013 edition);

The surface paper, decorative paper impregnated with amino thermosetting resin (mainly melamine resin) and the bottom paper impregnated with phenolic resin are laminated.
