Gold chemical analysis method
Part 12. determination of arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead and bismuth
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 7739 specifies the determination of arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead and bismuth in gold concentrates.
This part applies to the determination of arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead and bismuth in gold concentrates. Measuring range. 0.00004% ~ 0.20%.
2 method summary
The sample was dissolved in a water bath with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid or dissolved in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The As (Ⅴ) in the test solution was treated with a reducing agent,
(Ⅲ), Cd (Ⅳ) is prereduced to Cd (Ⅱ), lead, mercury and bismuth are not pre-reduced, masking agent is used to mask the interfering elements in the test solution.
A certain acidity, the test solution and potassium borohydride solution through the hydride generator to produce hydride, with the carrier gas into the quartz tube atomization, atomic fluorescence
The fluorescence intensity was measured on a light spectrometer and the arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead and bismuth were calculated according to the standard curve method.
