Summary This standard specifies the quality standards for turbine turbines, turbines and gas turbine systems for lubrication and speed regulation. This standard applies to power plant steam turbine, turbine and gas turbine system for lubrication and speed control of mineral turbine oil quality supervision. The quality standards for mineral turbine oils used in power plant equipment such as wind turbines and feed pumps are also available. This standard does not apply to a variety of non-mineral synthetic liquids for turbine lubrication and speed regulation.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 7596-2008 "Turbine oil quality in power plant operation", compared with GB/T 7596-2008, the main technology
The changes are as follows.
--- the name has been revised;
- the scope of the amendment;
- updated the reference standard version;
- the oil quality index of the turbine in operation and the oil quality index of the gas turbine in operation are merged;
The quality standard of the gas turbine used in the operation increases the "flash point", "foam" and "air release"
--- The quality index of the turbine oil in operation removes the "mechanical impurities"
--- increase the "color" indicator for running turbine oil;
--- revision of the indicators of solid particle pollution level, foam, rotating oxygen bomb value, antioxidant content and other indicators;
--- Appendix A is revised as "SAEAS4059F Particulate Contamination Classification Standard".

1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality standards for turbine turbines, turbines and gas turbine systems for lubrication and speed control of power plants.
This standard applies to the quality supervision of turbine turbines, turbines and gas turbine systems for the lubrication and regulation of mineral turbine oils.
The quality standards of mineral turbine oils used in power plant equipment such as wind turbines and feed pumps are also available.
This standard does not apply to a variety of non-mineral synthetic liquids for turbine lubrication and speed regulation.

3 technical requirements
3.1 The acceptance of the new turbine oil shall be carried out in accordance with GB 11120.
3.2 The quality of turbine oil in operation shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
3.3 The routine inspection cycle and inspection items of turbo oil in operation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 14541.
