Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 7528-2011 "Rubber and plastic hose and hose assembly terminology", compared with GB/T 7528-2011 The main technical changes are as follows. --- Added 5 new terms. ● "Bending" (see 2.1.8); ● “Flexible” (see 2.1.48); ● “bending stiffness” (see 2.1.50); ● "Hose deformation" (see 2.1.59); ● “Nominal size, nominal inner diameter size” (see 2.1.89). --- Modified 7 terms or definitions. ● “Electrical conductivity” (see 2.1.30,.2011 edition 2.1.31); ● “Metal cords, fabric cords” (see 2.1.33,.2011 edition of 2.1.34); ● “Design pressure (rejection)” (see 2.1.37,.2011. 2.1.38); ● “Hard wall hose” (see 2.1.52,.2011 edition of 2.1.51); ● “Sucking and draining hose” (see 2.1.92,.2011 edition of 2.1.92); ● “Pitch” (see 2.1.95, 2.1.95 of the.2011 edition); ● “Core” (see 2.2.35,.2011. 2.2.41). --- Removed Appendix A and quoted Appendix A of GB/T 9572-2013. This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 8330.2014 "Rubber and plastic hose and hose assembly terminology". This standard has made the following editorial changes. --- Added informative Appendix NA, free length terms and definitions. This standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC35). This standard was drafted. Shenyang Rubber Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jingyan Engineering Machinery Transmission Co., Ltd., China Light Union (large Even) Packaging Research Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Rubber Tube Factory Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard. Wang Wei, Liu Huichun, Feng Guoxun, Li Delong, Cai Hui. The previous versions of this standard are released as follows. ---GB/T 7528-1987, GB/T 7528-2002, GB/T 7528-2007, GB/T 7528-2011. Rubber and plastic hose and hose assembly terminology

1 Scope

This standard defines the terms and definitions for rubber and plastic hose and hose assemblies. This standard applies to the hose industry. This standard is divided into two units. 2.1 hose terminology; 2.2 Hose assembly terminology. Note 1. The following hose terms also apply to hose assemblies. bending radius, bending, bending force, burst pressure, elongation, hydrostatic stability, hydrostatic stability Test, pulse test, bend, maximum working pressure, minimum bend radius, verification pressure, verification pressure test, crimp diameter, test pressure, vacuum resistance Energy, vacuum stability, vacuum test, working pressure, working temperature. Recommended conductivity terms and resistance ranges are given in Appendix A of GB/T 9572-2013.

2 Terms and definitions

2.1 Hose Terms 2.1.1 Adhesion strength adhesion Bonding strength between vulcanized rubber surfaces or between vulcanized rubber surface and non-rubber surface, or two non-rubber (plastic) hose layers Bond strength between welded or glued together. 2.1.2 Braided angle angleofbraid Wiring angle angleoflay An acute angle is formed between any of the braided strands in the braid and a line parallel to the axis of the hose. 2.1.3 Antistatic wire anti-staticwire Electrical connection wire bondingwire Wire conductingwire Connected to the inside of the hose wall (2.1.60) to release static electricity generated in the hose, usually connected to the joint connector (2.2.10) A metal wire often made of fine copper wire. 2.1.4 Armored hose armouredhose Hose with outer protective layer (2.1.58), the protective layer is generally a layer of braid (2.1.17) or spiral (2.1.54) to minimize Damage. 2.1.5 Armoring layer armouring The outer protective layer on the outside of the hose to prevent mechanical damage or support the hose reinforcement, typically a braid (2.1.17) or spiral
