Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 6287-1986 "Molecular Sieve Static Water Adsorption Determination Method", compared with GB/T 6287-1986, except for the structure
In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The requirements for reagents or materials and samples for the saturated sodium chloride solution method have been added (see 4.2 and 4.4);
b) The equipment requirements and test procedures of the saturated sodium chloride solution method are refined (see 4.3 and 4.5, Chapter 2 and
Chapter 3);
c) Modified the precision requirements of the saturated sodium chloride solution method (see 4.7, 4.2 of the 1986 edition);
d) The test method of vacuum adsorption method has been added (see Chapter 5);
e) The requirements for test reports have been added (see Chapter 6).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Staticwateradsorptioncapacity
After a certain amount of molecular sieve reaches equilibrium in a closed container with a certain concentration of water after a long period of full contact, the unit mass
The mass of water absorbed by the molecular sieve.
4 Saturated sodium chloride solution method
4.1 Principle
The saturated vapor pressure of saturated sodium chloride solution is stable under certain temperature conditions.
In a closed container, after adsorbing for a long enough time under certain temperature conditions, weigh the increase in the mass of the sample, and calculate the static water absorption
Attached amount.
4.2 Reagents or materials
Unless otherwise stated, only use analytical reagents.
Saturated sodium chloride solution. Dissolve analytically pure sodium chloride in water until it is saturated. The solution should contain obvious undissolved sodium chloride crystals. Place
The water used should conform to the third grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.3 Equipment
4.3.1 Blast drying oven. the working room is not less than 350mm×450mm×450mm, and the temperature difference is not more than ±1℃.
