Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 6083-2001 "Hob basic types and dimensions."
This standard compared with GB/T 6083-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the range, modulus adjusted to 0.5mm ~ 40mm (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1, 2001 edition);
--- Adjust the outer diameter D, pore diameter d, length L, the length of the minor axis table, the number of common chip flutes (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased hob end key (see 3.1);
--- An increase of small pore size hob (see 3.1);
--- Remove the hob type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ classification;
--- Modify the markup example (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4, 2001 edition);
--- Delete the original appendix (see the 2001 edition of Appendix A, Appendix B);
--- Added new appendix (Appendix A).
This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 2490.2007 "with a key or axial end key modulus is 0.5mm ~ 40mm gear hob overall nominal size" (in English).
This standard and ISO 2490.2007 technical differences are as follows.
