foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 600-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Ship Pipeline Valves". Compared with GB/T 600-2008, except for structural adjustment
In addition to rectification and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
b) Added the requirement that the valve material is determined according to the pressure-temperature rating (see 4.1);
c) The minimum wall thickness of PN series steel valve parts has been increased (see 4.2);
d) Increase the structural length of PN64 and PN250 pressure level external threaded valve parts (see 4.3.2);
e) Increased the connection requirements of the driving device (see 4.4);
f) Added casting and forging tolerance implementation standards (see 4.5.1);
g) Added requirements for titanium alloy fasteners (see 4.9.4);
h) Changed the wording of some "assembly" content (see 4.10, 3.9 of the.2008 edition);
i) Added requirements for "non-destructive testing" and testing procedures and acceptance criteria (see 4.12, 5.1.3);
j) Change the strength test pressure requirements with gas as the medium (see 4.14.1, 3.12.1 of the.2008 edition);
k) Added strength test and tightness test items (see 4.14.3, 4.15.3);
l) Changed the leakage test requirements (see 4.15.4, 3.13.3 of the.2008 edition);
m) Increased fire resistance requirements and test methods (see 4.17, 5.1.4);
n) Added requirements for flow coefficient and test and calculation methods (see 4.18, 5.1.5);
o) Material, wall thickness, structural length, dimensional tolerances, fit accuracy and surface roughness, shape and position tolerances, thread accuracy, fasteners,
Assembly, appearance, quality and other routine tests and inspection methods (see 4 of the.2008 edition);
p) Added the inverted sealing test method (see 5.1.2);
q) Increase the chloride content in the test medium water of austenitic stainless steel valve parts (see 5.2.2.1);
r) Added Appendix C "Minimum Wall Thickness of Valve Body" (see Appendix C).
