This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 5203-1985 "nuclear reactor safety logic device characteristics and test methods." 1 Scope

This standard specifies the general characteristics of nuclear reactor safety logic devices, performance requirements and test methods. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and testing of nuclear reactor safety logic device protection system (including inspection and test run). This standard does not apply to internal security logic means complete safety logic functions.

3 Terms and Definitions
