6 Intermediate acceptance of agricultural machinery and equipment

6.1 General provisions 6.1.1 The intermediate acceptance of agricultural machinery and equipment shall be organized by the construction unit, and suppliers of agricultural machinery and equipment shall participate in the acceptance. The acceptance check party shall perform its duties as stipulated in the contract. 6.1.2 The construction unit shall arrange or train full-time technical personnel to familiarize themselves with the technical data, formulate the acceptance plan, and make preparations for acceptance after signing the purchase agreement.
